To reserve a vehicle on the same day, you must do it by phone by calling +34 952 58 73 33 or +34 952 58 69 62 or mobile +34 636 34 52 22 where we can confirm your reservation, subject to availability of vehicles.

No charge will be made at the time of booking. Once the vehicle is delivered to you, payment will be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash leaving a credit card as a guarantee. If you wish to pay at the time of booking, there is no problem and you can make the payment through our payment platform on our website

It is not allowed. The leased vehicle is only authorized to circulate in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and Gibraltar.

If we receive a traffic fine we are obliged by law to communicate the driver’s data through the rental contract, for this management the customer will be charged a fee of 25 euros, being the customer responsible for paying the corresponding penalty.

A valid passport or identity card, driver’s license and credit card are required.

The lessor, and additional drivers, must be at least 25 years old and have held a driver’s license for more than 2 years. It cannot also be rented to people over 75 years of age.

The price includes the rental of one vehicle, VAT, additional driver, 300 kilometers included per day, free pick-up and drop-off service at Fuengirola offices, 24-hour roadside assistance and compulsory third party insurance with excess.

In the event that the vehicle suffers any damage during the rental period, the lessee shall be liable to pay for such damage up to a maximum amount set by the amount of the excess. This amount may vary depending on the value of the rented vehicle.

If you wish to extend the coverage, you have the possibility of taking out comprehensive insurance without excess, the price of which will depend on the category of vehicle chosen.

The lessee must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that was delivered, the fuel consumed is at the lessee’s expense and the vehicle must be refueled with the appropriate type of fuel. In the event that the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the credit card will be charged the difference plus an additional refueling service charge.

We will know if there are any delays with your flight and will be waiting for you at the time of your arrival. It is essential that you provide us with your flight number, as this will help us to know your exact arrival time.

Our rentals have a 24/7 roadside assistance service, staffed by specialized personnel and with services in several languages. You can find the contact telephone number for roadside assistance in your rental agreement.

The rental can be extended as long as the specific vehicle is free, but it is essential to visit our offices to sign a new contract.

Pets can be carried in the car as long as the seats are properly protected. An additional charge for interior cleaning may be charged depending on the condition of the returned property.

Pickups and deliveries

We will be waiting for you with an INMOCOCHES CAR HIRE sign in the arrivals hall (Terminal 3). In case you arrive and no one from INMOCOCHES CAR HIRE is present, you can call +34 636 34 52 22.

There is the possibility, but it is necessary to check availability and rates beforehand.

To return the vehicle at Malaga Airport, you will have to leave it in the public parking lot of the airport. On the day of your arrival, the INMOCOCHES CAR HIRE staff who will meet you at the airport will explain exactly where and how to return the car and what fees you will be charged.

The locations where you can return the car are:

  • Malaga Airport.
  • Office of Carretera de Mijas Km 3.5 in Fuengirola.
  • Hernán Cortés 3 Street Office in Fuengirola.

The person who has signed the contract can drive, as long as he/she complies with INMOCOCHES CAR HIRE’s requirements, i.e. to be at least 25 years old and have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years, and a maximum age of 75 years.

A companion may also drive, as long as INMOCOCHES CAR HIRE is previously informed, all the required documentation is submitted and the above mentioned requirements are met.
